Call for Proposals: Mid-Term Evaluation of the FGG Alliance

The FGG Alliance commissions a Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) of its programme, which will consist of three sub-evaluations: one with a focus on (shrinking) civic space; one focused on lobby and advocacy effectiveness; and one on collaboration within the alliance, with partner organisations and with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Terms of Reference for this MTE can be found here. Through the MTE, the FGG Alliance aims to learn from its experience to date, so as to improve its programme and collaboration, and to take decisions on the future of the programme after its ending by December 2020. The aims and parameters of the MTE are presented in the Terms of Reference (ToR), which has been developed in close consultation with our colleagues as well as an External Reference Group (ERG) consisting of Alexander Otgaar (IOB), Rita Dieleman (Partnership Learning Loop), and Willem Elbers (African Studies Centre Leiden). We kindly invite interested consultants to submit a proposal for one or several of these sub-evaluations. The deadline for proposals is January 22, 2018; selected consultants will be invited to present their proposal on January 29-31. With reference to the ToR, please note that we will share annexes II-IV with consultants considering to write a proposal only upon request. Should you wish to receive more information, or to submit your proposal, please contact: Lieke Ruijmschoot and Elyne Doornbos, members of the coordination team of the FGG Alliance (contact details can be found in the ToR).
